Andrew Allan
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Andrew Allan founded AEXCO Petroleum, Inc. in 1986 and has guided the company’s growth for nearly four decades. With more than 40 years of experience in all phases of the oil and gas industry, he continues to lead AEXCO with a focus on responsible operations and long-term value creation. Andrew earned a B.A. in Geology from Colorado College.
Karl Holliman
DIVISION MANAGER
With over 40 years of oil and gas experience, Karl has managed AEXCO’s Land, Contract, and Gas Marketing operations since 1992. His deep understanding of land management and contractual operations has been key to the company’s continued success. Karl holds a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma.
Kim Eccles
EXPLORATION MANAGER
Kim has more than 40 years of geological experience in the Mid-Continent region. Since joining AEXCO in 1999, he has led prospect generation, evaluation, and technical assessments that have shaped the company’s exploration strategy. Kim earned a B.S. in Geology from Eastern Illinois University and an M.S. in Geology from Kansas State University.
Devin Roswold
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Devin has over 15 years of operations experience in the Mid-Continent region and currently oversees all aspects of AEXCO’s production and asset management. His hands-on approach ensures consistent performance, reliability, and operational excellence. Devin holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
